Students nominated by ASCOJA will spend 4 years as ASJA-MEXT students, and the completion ceremony is where they will mark the end of their term with ASJA.
They will be awarded a completion certificate from the ASJA Chairperson.
All ASJA graduates will present a speech about their experience in ASJA, their field of research, as well as memories from studying in Japan.
Current ASJA students will also present their research and the many programs ASJA organizes.
As ASJA Board of Directors’ Meeting is held on the same day, this allows the chance to give a status report to the Board of Directors and stakeholders. It is also an opportunity to strengthen relationships with ASJA students, the Board of Directors, and stakeholders alike.
