The Board of Directors’ Meeting is held bi-annually in March and June, with the ASJA Board of Directors and ASCOJA Executives. The March meeting is held in Tokyo to discuss the programs and budget for the next fiscal year. The June meeting is held online to report the programs and expenditure of the previous fiscal year.
